US & South Korea show off 20 fighter jets to Kim Jong-un after missile test

AllvertaGlobal – The United States and South Korea showed off 20 fighter jets to Kim Jong-un, Tuesday (7/6), after North Korea conducted several missile tests.

The fighter jets hovered in the air in the western region of the Korean Peninsula in response to Pyongyang’s missile test.
The Allies sent F-35A, F-15K, FK-16, and F-16s fighter jets in the Yellow Sea, known as the West Sea in South Korea.
North Korea previously launched eight short-range missiles into the Chinese sea on Sunday (5/6).

“South Korea and the US proved their strength and were able to strike quickly and accurately against North Korean provocations by showing off their capabilities and posture through joint demonstrations of the air forces,” the South Korean ministry said in a statement.

The maneuvers of 20 US and South Korean fighter jets were accompanied by fears that Pyongyang was on the verge of testing a new nuclear weapon.
